New design proposal for artillery wheels and an assessment of existing brake drums.

I am therefore writing to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} and asking him for the special design referred to to be completed. I have examined the drawing again and am satisfied that no improvement can be made using existing brake drums for the front wheel brakes beyond where we have gone in our latest design.
