(b) Dagenite

6HZD.13 - Phantom III.
6HZD.11 - 25/30.
6HZD.9 - Bentley.

These batteries have an experimental thin plate type HZ which is taller than standard with consequently less "mud" space and head room.

We consider that the experimental features of less "mud" space and less head room combined with a still thinner plate require extensive testing although Peto & Radford think it will be as good as the Exide in life and performance.

Our recommendation is therefore that we changeover immediately on Production to the new Exide batteries for both Phantom III, 25/30 and Bentley chassis, and we will report on the Dagenite batteries with our recommendations.
