re Programme of Work.

We attach herewith a programme of work outstanding.

Even neglecting such major items as Rippletto, Myth and the Marine Engine, you will notice that the list is quite formidable.

We would be glad if you would delete any items which you feel redundant and give any order of proceedance you may desire.

The Marine section needs Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} and two men, with a third to carry on car engine work. 4.

We propose that Jnr.{Charles L. Jenner} with Griffiths and another new man form the Marine Section, and that Peak, under Jnr{Charles L. Jenner}'s. control shall do the car engine work.

It is essential to have a man of R.R. experience on car engine development, but new men are not too bad on the Marine Work since we are all starting at scratch.

We propose asking for either Reid or Kightley ✓ from Clan Exptl. as the third marine man, and in return me give Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/HH. three detailers.

Do you agree please?
