Re: 25/30 HP. & Bentley Chassis - Cylinder Cover.

Further to our memo' RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}/JMW.8/EMG.12.8.37 below we give you copy of a report received from our Fitting Dept. in connection with this job, which is self-explanatory.-

"We fitted the new Vellumoid Washers FB.2633 to Cyl. Rockers covers, engine -

R-23-P - Engine No. 130 on 'F' Series - 25/30 HP.

R-3-BU - Engine No. 175 on 'K' Series - Bentley.

Prior to the above engines we had used 13 - Washers of the new type and fitted them to Rocker Covers not knowing anything of the change until we received the above memo', we would estimate that we probably have commenced the new packings at engine Nos.-

E.23.D - 123rd chassis on 'F' Series. - 25/30 HP.

Z.6.BM - 164th chassis on 'K' Series - Bentley."
