TEST BED - CLAN FOUNDRY.

Confirming our telephone conversation, we get complaints from the Fitting Section and the AID. when we run the Test Bed which has now been completed at the Clan Foundry.

They complain of noise and smell.

Will you therefore please arrange for a light partition in Tentex or some other material, to isolate the Test Bed from the rest of the Shop. It will be remembered that this was called for in the original lay-out of the Clan.

We are also faced with the fact that the small portion of the yard which has not been covered with tar macadam is now a marsh.

Now that the Canteen takes up most of the yard we need this room for parking.

Will you therefore please arrange to have it covered with tarmac when they cover the trenches which have been dug for drains.
