X.607 - CHLORIDE 3 BXE 5 BATTERY ON "BUICK" CAR. X3317

Reference your E3/C2.8.20, we attach copy of
a letter received from the Chloride Co., in answer to a letter
of ours asking for an assurance that steps had been taken
to avoid the failures of cells of which we had had one or
two instances in April and May last.

You will see from this that they have made
and are making a modification which should overcome such
defects.
