Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter of July 17th. reference JAC/W.

You will by now have received back the samples of the wheel disc arrangements you made up for us. As you say in the first paragraph of your letter, we should like three further assemblies of Scheme 1 so that they can be tested on all four wheels of a motor car.

Before you actually put the parts in hand will you send us a drawing of the spider so that we can make sure it gives us what we want in the way of a grease seal for the hub bearings, and also a wireless earth contact.

As soon as we have settled this point we will ask you to go ahead and make us the three remaining assemblies.

We thank you for the arrangements about paying for these that you suggest in the second paragraph of your letter.
