Dear Sir,

Further to our telephone conversation on Wednesday afternoon, I find that there is an 8.25 train from St.{Capt. P. R. Strong} Pancras arriving Derby 11.9 and a 10.25 arriving 12.57. By the former train I could be with you at 11.30 a.m.

On the other hand, if you are free to lunch with me, I would travel by the later train and we could save time in that way. Would you be so good as to let me know which is the more convenient? If no letter is to hand on Monday I will ring up.

Yours faithfully

S. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Bowrey
