This battery was taken off the school car no 7LW. on the 15-5-23 having been reported faulty. It was then put on the H.R. discharge rig before being charged & gave over 100 amperes for 4 1/4 mins: after which the densities were found to be all about 1170. The battery was then put on charge. After it had been gassing freely & the densities were constant it was put on the low rate discharge rig & the ampere hours realised being 56.75 which figure is approximately the same as when previously discharged about 6 months ago.
