re Door Locks.

We have received the following news from Chateauroux regarding the door locks on 26.G.6.

"During the running the backlash on the inside handles will gradually increase, indicating that the catches are working loose with the body movement.

It is necesary to open and re-slam the front doors at intervals".

This might be caused by the lock not being fitted square in the door, and flat to the striking plate, although as mentioned previously we have not experienced any trouble in Derby.

SK's. Body.

We would like to point out that we have had a considerable amount of trouble in getting the division window to operate. These are separate motors for lifting and lowering the windows, and we are of the opinion that a stronger motor would be an advantage for the lifting side.
