Dear Sirs,

As you are aware we have now completed all your orders for GIRLING BRAKE Expanders, Adjusters etc., and we are writing to know if you can give us some idea of your future requirements in this direction. If possible we should be very pleased to have your official order together with delivery requirements as this would help us to plan our production programme and thus ensure that there would be no delay when you called for supplies.

At the same time we should be glad if you would kindly give us your authority to put in hand the necessary tools and jigs for this job. Previously they have been made by free hand methods but we wish to avoid this for future production if possible.

Your very kind attention to this matter would be much appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

for NEW HUDSON LIMITED.,
Alex Fraser
