We thank you for your EFC4/T28.9.28. concerning the magneto sent you off the above car, but you have not answered the last paragraph of our A/W5/CM.21.9.28. We carried out certain work here in dismantling the Lucas magneto, and fitting up standard magneto, etc, and as far as our information goes this machine was being tried by Mr. Minchin at the instance of the Experimental Department. You state no repairs were effected to this machine, so will you please inform us if our charges are to be debited to Mr. Minchin. If not to whom they are to be debited. A/W [signature] | ||
