X3317 To Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}14/KW.16.7.34. Buick Car. Attached is the correspondence relative to the Buick to which Messrs. Lendrum & Hartman are referring. The position is that from the 19th April when I first wrote about the car Olley did not mention it in any of his letters; in fact the only word I have had from him about it at all was a cable a month ago in which he said "See General Motors Export about Buick". G.M. Export said no deliveries before the Motor Show, and we therefore concluded Olley had done nothing for us. The rest of the correspondence is self-explanatory.
