Referring to your memo reference - Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/LG25.3.29. The Dunlop Company inform us that a mould is in existence for the manufacture of 31 x 6.00 "Fort" Dunlop Silent Tread Tyres, but the final details of design have not yet been settled. They are asking their works to give the matter immediate attention with a view to the provision of six tyres for our tests without loss of time, and will write us again in the next day or so.
