Re: CHASSIS WXA.14 - Mr. POBEREJSKY
" WXA.16 - Mr. LANG

With reference to the raised crown pistons which were sent to us in Case N° E.17702, for chassis WXA.14, we have now managed to satisfy Mr. Poberejsky re his complaint of insufficient speed and acceleration without the necessity of having to fit a set of the above type pistons to this car.

He is now, he says, quite satisfied with the performance of the car. He has informed us, however, that his wife does not like the body.

Mr. Lang, however, has informed us that he is not satisfied with his car, inasmuch as speed and acceleration are concerned, and we have therefore fitted the raised crown pistons to his car at the same time as carrying out all outstanding modifications.

We should mention that Mr. Lang previously owned a Continental Phantom II chassis, viz. 70.MS and often remarked upon the good performance of this car, especially with regard to its acceleration and the very good average which the car used to make on certain long trips which he undertook. He has also used his son's 4 I/4 litre Bentley quite a lot.

Sr/VA. VA

P.S. Sr. says that he has seen Mr. Lang since we attended to his car, and he says he is delighted with it. VA.
