After writing BJ7/DN11.9.25, in which I mentioned that the latest silencer on this car seemed to be about as efficient as the old 'Silver Ghost' silencer, when the car was standing, I find that this also was the case when the car was running, and the silencer seemed to be quite effective. I am not sure from your memorandum received this morning whether the horse-power curves refer to the first modified silencer or the silencerwhich we are now testing in London.
