Dear Sirs,

Attention - Experimental Department.

Further to your letter of the 4th May regarding Hill Holder, will you please advise us whether Left or Right Hand is required.

We would advise you that there will be a little delay in delivering this equipment as it will have to be machined specially in our Miscellaneous Section.

We will however proceed with the work immediately you advise us of your further instructions.

Yours faithfully,
