Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr.West.

Upon receipt of your letter of the 25th of June in reference to the Lamps fitted to your 20/25 H.P. Chassis, the writer examined a number of Reflectors ready for despatch to you and we believe that the dipper units for these Lamps are wired strictly in accordance with your instructions, and you may rest assured that everyone concerned has received most careful instructions that none other types should be sent to you in future.

Perhaps you would care to return the Lamps in question to me personally so that I may have the Reflectors changed for the correct type.

With regard to the trouble you have experienced with the bottom catch coming unfastened, investigation shows that the location for the lever in the "U" shape projection on the bottom of the front rim is not deep enough and we are therefore, modifying all Lamps in process and we shall arrange to send you a pair for your examination within the course of the next few days.
