Dear Sirs, We beg to confirm the visit of the writer to your Works yesterday, and having handed to you Drawing SK.30604 giving installation particulars of proposed model 10.A3 clutch. It is understood that the above scheme, together with the 11" clutch scheme previously submitted is receiving your consideration and that Drawings are being prepared which you anticipate being able to submit to us in the course of approximately ten days' time. In regard to the question of balance it was understood that arrangements would be made so that the flywheel/crankshaft assembly would be rechecked for balance after the clutch had been assembled and that the flywheel and clutch cover flange would be marked in some suitable manner by your goodselves in order to ensure that the correct clutch assembly was fitted to its mated flywheel, furthermore in order to ensure that the clutch cover be reassembled to the flywheel in the same relative position we are arranging for one special dowel hole to be inserted in the cover flange and will submit to you particulars of our recommendations in this regard in the course of post.
