Hnl/AH.28.6.38. ---- Back Bumpers for Wide Frame - 25/30 DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}9/G.16.6.38. ? ---- We note all you write. Presumably we shall be told in due course the results of the tests with the proposed bumper support for 'dither' to which reference is made in the sixth paragraph of Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}4/N.27.5.38. The delay in sending the drawing of the back bumper we shall ultimately require is regretted. We would, however, explain that there are in hand by Park Ward a couple of sample bodies which will shortly be mounted on dummy chassis and we would prefer to see these before committing ourselves to a bumper shape. As soon as the bodies go on the dummy chassis the necessary details will be taken for the preparation of the drawing. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} | ||
