Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} has issued the following instructions, which please note:- "At the present time a large number of our people are making visits to other factories. We want to make it a rule that everyone who goes outside furnishes a daily report. This need not be a very long report, but we want to be able to justify the visit and the expense. "This of course will apply to Mr. Walker, or any of the other Supervisors. "I think the people on sub-contract work should be asked to send in daily reports. This could be on a certain Form, and the amount of work required to fill it in would be very little." Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
