For the attention of Mr.H.R.Buckland.

Dear Sir,

The further trip mileage recorder which you recently sent to us for the lightened type speedometer has now also failed in a similar manner. We view this further failure with some apprehension and would like one of your representatives to pay us a visit in order that we can together investigate the cause of the failure and at the same time fit a replacement trip mileage recorder to keep the speedometer working.
Will you kindly advise accordingly.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
