BY/CS. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} C. BY/SS.{S. Smith} -------- X7050 BY7/G.2.7.29. Will you please arrange to instruct up six sets of copper tubes suitable for the SS.{S. Smith} aluminium cylinder head. We have in mind putting these in on a number of the experimental cars in order to ascertain whether the copper tube in conjunction with the aluminium head will represent a stable proposal. Our reason for trying these is that we have one car which in the owners hands has developed rather rapid corrosion on the aluminium tube. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} BM | ||
