Messrs.Joseph Lucas Ltd.,
Great King Street,
Birmingham, 19.

For the attention of Mr.R.N.Neill.

Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your courtesy on the occasion of my visit yesterday and I would like to confirm the results of our discussion.

Firstly it was agreed that you would look into the question of both the 20/25 RBI70 lamp and the P.100 lamp as to the possibility of arranging these lamps for dipping either right or left as well as vertically. We also understand that you are going ahead with the larger dipper unit and that you will shortly be able to submit to us for test a headlamp with this dipper unit incorporated with the stronger reflector return spring.

The question of the Sports P100 was discussed and we understand that you will very shortly be able to submit a sample for the Inspection of ourselves and Sales Dept.

With regard to the new trafficators that you have produced we shall be much obliged if you would send us as soon as possible a pair of the larger type for inspection and test as if this is superior we should like to standardise the same.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
