Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 6th inst.

Concerning the small alterations to limits which you require in connection with our steering rollers FW.905 and FW.910, we think that, as these alterations are of a minor nature and will not affect the job from our point of view, the best arrangement would be for you to send us prints showing your requirements. We will then alter our drawings to agree with yours and will send you new prints.

We wish to point out that, in the case of this particular roller, the limit of plus 0.003 or minus 0.003 in the overall assembled width is important.

We hope that you are proceeding with the manufacture of the four experimental sets on the assumption that we agree to your proposals.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
