Dear Sirs,

We are anxious to obtain a light mineral oil for use in a hydraulic shock absorber which ceases to flow at a temperature not higher than -15°C.

We should be much obliged if you could let us know whether you are in a position to supply us with such an oil, and if so, what the viscosity curve this particular oil will be.

Thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
