Dear Wilks,

Further to your letter of July 29th and my reply. I looked up an old report of mine on the effect of king pin inclination on heaviness of steering, copy of which I enclose herewith.

We have not found any particular reason to disagree with the conclusions reached since the tests in question were completed eleven years ago.
