Further to Hl's communication, 1/GS.2.12.37, please note that the statement that "A.C.2 is an unstable material" is probably relative to this Department, as it has been our experience that the metal is unstable when held molten for a period due to segregation that takes place.

With regard to the AC6 Ring, we are expecting from the Tool Room this week the Die from which we shall be able to produce EB.2810 Bearings in the form of a ring without shoulders.

Upon receipt of this we will commence our experiments and forward the results for tests immediately.
