Belper. I applied to you several days ago for a certificate for extra petrol for June. I have had no reply, and should be glad if you will kindly send same as soon as possible, as my basic ration is almost exhausted. I live almost in Quarndon, which is off the bus route, and I pick up 3 other Clan Exp. people, who also have a considerable distance to walk to the nearest bus.
