Date 27th August 1919.

For the Attention of Mr. Hives.

Dear Sirs,

When the writer last visited you we discussed the question of Aero Plugs, and we promised to submit to you further samples of our Model D13. Plug in order that you might carry out tests on this plug in flight.

We now have pleasure in sending you herewith 2 doz. Model D13's, and shall be pleased to supply you with further samples if you require them. We shall be much obliged if you will be good enough to have these plugs tested under bench and flight conditions, and we hope to hear that you can report favourably upon them.

You will recollect that the previous sample D13's ran for considerable periods on bench tests. We do not know whether you have been able to run them still further, but would like to know your opinion of these plugs under bench test conditions.

We beg to remind you that we await your report on

P.T.O.
