Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Robotham,

Very many thanks indeed for your letter of the 20th June; and for so kindly saying that you would help in the overhaul of my 20 h.p. Rolls-Royce.

I will send it, therefore, to Derby about the 22nd September (by which time I think it will have done over 50,000 miles), and I will let you know what I can afford; and anything that I know myself requires seeing to. In any case, I hope I shall have the pleasure of seeing you before then.

I have passed on to my brother-in-law, Captn. T.L. Dugdale, what you say about his car, and he asked me to thank you very much indeed for all your kindness in the matter. He is counting the hours until he gets delivery.

Again, very many thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Rothes.
