Re:- Chassis No. 11-EX.
The above car has been appropriated for duty with our Chairman when the examination, which it is understood is now in hand, has been completed and when necessary repairs and modifications have been carried out to the body work.
In order to leave time for attention to the body work it is necessary that the car should be in London not later than the 3rd of June.
Would you kindly arrange for the work of stripping and examination to be given such attention that it will be possible for the above programme to be carried out.
