| Guaranty Every part used in the assembly of the SPARTON is subjected to a series of most rigid inspection tests. The finished SPARTON is tested under more exacting conditions than possibly could occur in service. We unconditionally guarantee the materials, construction and workmanship. We will replace or repair at our expense at our factory or authorized service stations, any SPARTON or component part, which under normal use and service appears to us to have been defective.
