EAGLE XVI. +4114 We give below the instructions received in the Experimental Dept. for the above engine. It will be seen by the instructions that the only unit we are in a position to complete is the connecting rod. Connecting Rods. Instructed 28.5.25. These are fully instructed. We are concentrating on completing one pair which we expect will be finished in 10 days from now. Spring Drive. The first instructions for this unit were issued 19.6.25. and further instructions were issued on the 3.9.25. These are in accordance with LeC.1993 and 2073. The whole instructions are not yet complete. Cylinder. The first pair of cylinder heads were instructed 29.8.25. and the second pair 2.9.25. Patterns for these will be 8 weeks from now which brings us to Nov. 13th. 1925. Checked drawings have not as yet been received, and it will be seen that we have only the bare cylinder heads. There are numerous details yet to be issued. Wheelcase & Gears. We have only a few details on this unit which were instructed 3.9.25. The instructions so far received are really insignificant, the more difficult parts such as wheelcase etc. etc. have not as yet been issued. Hand starter. A few instructions have been issued for this on the 3.9.25. and they are only such things as small washers and Mite which are of a very insignificant nature. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
