E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Fowler Clark,

I suppose you have seen the enclosed cutting in the "Motor". There have been things of this sort before and I do not think they are much use. How are you getting on with your regulator?

I have been using my car an exceptional amount lately for running about in London and leaving it about at nights with the light on, and although the net charging rate is only 3 to 5 amperes without any lights on, the battery keeps full up quite easily.

Yours sincerely,

G.R.N. Minchin
