Dear Sirs,

ADJUSTABLE SEATS.

Referring to your letter of the 6th instant, for which we thank you, we note your remarks regarding experiments on another seat mechanism, which rises 2 1/2" at the rear. As you cannot let us have a sample of this seat, could you send us a drawing, so that we may consider the possibility of fitting it to our cars.

Regarding the leverage, we take it that this was designed primarily for use on commercial vehicles, and would probably be too heavy for private cars.

We should be obliged if you could let us have a print and the weight of this type of fitting. This would enable us to decide whether we will ask you to send us a sample for experimental purposes.
