Experimental Department.

Dear Sirs,

Further to your letter of the 20th April regarding the Windscreen Wiper which broke down through a screw working loose whilst the chassis was on test in France.

We should like to know whether the trouble was due to the screw in the worm wheel working loose or whether it was the screw in the crank.

If you can give us any information on this point it will be of great assistance. Better still, of course, it would be if we could have the actual Box returned to us for examination.

In any case, we hope you will be able to help us along the lines suggested.

Yours faithfully,
KLAXON LIMITED.

Secretary
