PHANTOM 2. EXHAUST SYSTEM.
ALUMINIUM SILENCER.

Herewith we send N. scn. 3026. shewing the cutout arranged to avoid aluminium inside the silencer.

It will be seen that it is still possible to remove the cutout as a unit. We have made the diaphragm plate rather thick to avoid any possibility of drumming, but it is stiffened by the cutout housing forging.
