BRAKE SQUEAKS.

GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} has been discussing the question of deal-ing with brake squeaks on customers cars. He is very satisfied with the results he has been able to obtain by using BZ. material He points out, however, that he mentioned the matter in one of his reports, and he heard from you that Expt. Dept. were not entirely satisfied with BZ. material. We gather that we may, inadvertently, have given you the impression that we did not want BZ. Linings on customers cars.

While it is quite true that we have not yet found what we consider to be the perfect brake lining, if GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}, as he believes, is managing to satisfy customers with BZ., we should certainly recommend his using this until something better is produced.
