Engine Size.

We do not consider that increasing the engine dimensions by a quarter of a litre would make a noticeable improvement in the performance of the car. The difference it would make can easily be demonstrated by driving an 'M' Series Bentley first of all with a passenger in the front seat and then without.

We have now only the one B.III at Derby for Experimental work, and have no chance of getting another one until towards the end of November as there will not be another body mounted until then.

We will ring up Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} when our only car is in runable condition, so that the trial may be conducted with the least possible disturbance to development work.
