We have looked into this matter and find that it is possible to make this alteration without affecting the characteristics of the plug, but you will realise of course that this plug will then depart very far from standard dimensions both in length of reach and length of barrel. However, we are most anxious to do everything that we can to meet your wishes and we are, therefore, having a sample made up. We hope to despatch this to you in the course of a day or two.
