We could only use a mould with a split insert, as we have no Angle Presses. In our case this moulded recess would prevent our opening the split portion of the mould. We could, of course, machine the recess after moulding and in this case the price would be for 100/200 lots 1/-d each. Plus part cost of tools £25.0.0d. It would take us 8/10 weeks to get the mould.
