To E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} from EFC. X.3362.-LIGHTING INSTALLATION AT W.W. We have the material for the above installation in hand or on order. We have 5 14ft. lengths of Simplex tubing (with the necessary elbows and clamps), and we are wondering if you will be able to cut these to length down there, or whether it would be possible to have the lengths cut sufficiently accurately here before sending these along. We notice that the lengths are given roughly on your wiring scheme, but of course these would not be accurate enough to work to in cutting off the lengths of the tube. Do you therefore think it would be possible to give us the exact overall lengths of the tubes required with screwed ends. To assist you in this purpose we give below a dimension sketch of the elbows in which these tubes screw. EFC. [Hand-drawn sketch of an elbow joint with dimensions noted: 1030, -50, 9.60] | ||
