URGENT.

TO Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
c. to EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}

FROM PN{Mr Northey}

I am very anxious to know what else is being done to this car other than the provision of a 14-tooth axle, in order to improve its performance, and improve the "booming" fault.

Which day can I count upon receiving it in London ?
