Origin: To overcome vibrations and improve design. Experimental Test Report: This crankshaft is approx. 50% stiffer than present standard and has larger bearing areas. The pin size has been increased from 1.5" to 1.75" and journal size from 2.000" to 2.125" Road Test Report: Run 12,000 miles on 14-G4. Run 7,800 miles on 12-G4.
