Mk.VI. matrices to the makers for reconditioning, these having been removed from customers' chassis. We should have been notified immediately these complaints occurred, as our experience so far has been that the Mk.VI. core is satisfactory. Will you please let us have immediately full information regarding the complaints - whether high or low speed overheating, mileage of car and time in service, whether complaints of water loss apart from boiling etc. These particulars are urgently required.
