X. 1640 I have examined the Rotax dynamo, and note your remarks as to the way they use the 28th coil. This is very ingenious, but I think the number of segments selected is bad, as the span of the coils is only three teeth, and with the spiral section of teeth and other things, some of the winding must be quite under the poles and the machine would probably have a tendency to spark and heat.
