20/25 HP. Clutches.

Referring to C.10/D.10.8.34. To fit the oil seal to the rear main bearing of a 20/25 HP. that is not suffering from clutch slip will not give us any information. This scheme has been standard on the Bentley for some time, therefore we know that it does reduce oil leaks into the clutch pit.

Our view is that if there is a chronic complaint of clutch slipping where all other remedies have failed, this might be tried.

Now that it has run 10,000 miles, it will automatically come on to production after the completion of the Standardisation Sheet.
