My dear Robotham,

Many thanks for your letter of the 5th instant.

With regard to the AC.9 bearings, the arrangement at present is that Mr. Blackith and our chemist will go to H.D.A. on Wednesday and, after a discussion with them, they will all go up to Derby and have a general conference with you and your people. I trust this arrangement meets with your approval. It seems the best and only way of getting all the questions cleared up.

You have no doubt heard from Mr. Blackith direct about all this.
