The following work should be carried out on 7-EX car :- 1. Fit steel trunnion to steering box. 2. Make change speed lever work freely. There are times when it jams in trying to get into the first and second speeds. 3. Clutch does not stop freely when hot. 4. Fit standard bonnet sides without pocket for pendulum lever. 5. Tappets noisy. 6. Check car for power. 7. Check engine for oil consumption. 8. Fit aluminium carburetter. 9. Fit gaiters to rear springs. 10. Polish radiator. 11. Fit dipping head lights. 12.
